At Iris Galerie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and art pieces. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Iris Galerie packaging to ensure they are protected during transit; art pieces must be in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
